Restorative Justice/Circles Programs

A trained instructor facilitates weekly Circle Practices in several Cedar Grove classrooms. Students participate in weekly Circle sessions and practice social emotional skills in a fun and nurturing environment. Through physically working together on meaningful outdoor projects, students learn how to cooperate, practice social emotional skills and contribute to the Cedar Grove outdoor environment. Children have moved rocks, relocated a small streambed, and planted flowers and veggies in the garden. This program is led by a trained SEL facilitator.
