Nights Alive

Nights Alive is a recreational program that offers grade 6 and 7 students the opportunity to be active and to socialize in a safe and supervised environment on Friday evenings from 5-8 pm. Some of the fun activities include cooperative games, organized sports, movies, field trips to the beach, walks to the local store, special events, guest speakers, and just hanging out.

Please arrive at the RC School gymnasium between 5-6 pm to sign in. The program ends at 8 pm, when all youth can be picked up and signed out. Participant consent forms are available at Nights Alive or at the community school office. RCCS staff and administration have worked collaboratively with the community school and Nights Alive staff to create a successful and socially positive Friday night experience for all.

Four dynamic staff members are on site to provide leadership to participants. Nights Alive is supported by a grant from the SCRD and Community Link funding.
